OFFICIAL RULES & REGULATIONS

 1.  You must be 18 years of age or older, a legal U.S. resident and a home owner to be eligible to enter and win.

 2.  One winner chosen at random will win $7,500 in home improvements from Unique Home Solutions.

 3.  Employees of Unique Home Solutions, their affiliates, subsidiaries, contractors, advertising and promotion agencies and families of each are not eligible to win. 

 4.  Only one entry per household is allowed.

 5.  All federal, state and local laws are applicable.  Void where prohibited.

 6.  Unique Home Solutions is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected mail or entries. 

 7.  Only residential entries are eligible.  Commercial, governmental or institutional entries will not be accepted. 

 8.  All entries must be received by October 31, 2008.

 9.  All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

10. Unique Home Solutions reserves the right to alter or discontinue this contest without prior notice.

11. The estimated odd of winning are 1:1500, but the actual odds of winning depend on the number of people who enter the sweepstakes.

12. Winners will be selected on November 1, 2008.  Winner will be notified by mail on or about 4 weeks after contest closing date.

13. Your home must be in a Unique Home Solutions service area to qualify.

14. No purchase is required to win and a purchase will not improve entrant’s odds of winning.

15. All homeowners must be present for entire demonstration  to be eligible for drawing.
